30-day returns
If the joke does not land, send them back. You have 30 days from the delivery date.
What we need
- Item unworn and unwashed
- Original packaging and hygiene liner still attached
- Proof of purchase (your order number is enough)
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept swimwear that has been worn or has the hygiene liner removed. This is standard for all swimwear retailers and we are not able to make exceptions.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Return shipping
- Wrong item, damaged or defective: we cover return shipping and send a replacement free
- Changed your mind or wrong size ordered: you cover return shipping
Exchanges
Need a different size or print? Return the original for a refund and place a new order. That is faster than a formal exchange.
Damaged on arrival
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We replace it, no return needed.
