Where we ship
We ship to the United States. Shipping is free on every order, no minimum.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00pm ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
Delivery time
- Standard: 5-8 business days after dispatch
- Express: 2-4 business days after dispatch
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and public holidays can add time.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. If tracking has not updated within 72 hours, email us and we will chase it.
Wrong address
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it is wrong, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to catch it before dispatch. After dispatch we cannot redirect a parcel.
